Healthy Nachos Recipe


Ingredients: 250 grams of corn flour, 100 grams of wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of salt (or without, according to preference), water, seasonings according to your preferences.

The oven is preheated to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Water is added depending on the flour because some require more or less water. Put a little water until a hook is tied.
Coke is allowed to sit for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, take a piece of the coke, the size of a mandarin, and put it on a baking sheet of about 30 cm long.

There is another baking sheet on top and the very, very thin hull. Cut the hump in the shape of triangles, smaller or larger, as you prefer, I cut them and rectangular. To make crispy chips come in, it’s ideal to be thinner.
